Join us on Zoom on Wednesday mornings, 8:30-9:15 am for a short lesson on mindfulness followed by guided and silent meditation. If you don’t need to rush off, many stay for another 15 minutes or so for some informal discussion time.  All are welcome – no prior experience required!  Click here for more information about this program.
