This Sunday, Feb. 28 at 3pm, the First Parish Art Committee will kick off its new online “Meet the Artist” series with Newton artist and award-winning member of the New England Watercolor Society, Paul Dudek (see his virtual exhibit at firstparishwestonart.org). This Zoom event will feature a pre-recorded artist interview followed by a live Q&A and opportunity for further conversation.

Bring your favorite snack and a beverage and join us for a behind the scenes look at Dudek’s watercolors in “Reflections on Nature”, this year’s first featured show in our Mary Jo Rines Virtual Gallery. The exhibit showcases Dudek’s skill with this challenging medium and his lifelong passion for painting what he sees while enjoying nature. 

The Art Committee launched its new virtual gallery to keep our community connected to art through online exhibits, artist interviews, and more to come. Looking forward to enjoying some Sunday afternoon art with you!
